Apply to BEVST Elite

1. 20% commission. Every sale made using your personal BEVST Elite code earns you 20% of that sale's value. This is the compensation for participating — beyond it, and whatever additional perks BEVST confirms with you separately in writing (e.g. free product, event access), there's no other guaranteed payment. Being part of BEVST Elite doesn't make you an employee, and isn't exclusive on either side.

2. Content usage. If you post content featuring BEVST product, you're giving BEVST permission to repost, share, and use that content across our own channels (site, socials, ads), with credit to you.

3. Honesty in what you post. No false or misleading claims about the product. Where required by law or platform rules (e.g. gifted or paid content), you'll disclose the relationship (e.g. "#ad" / "#gifted").

4. Either side can walk away. BEVST can end this arrangement at any time, for any reason, without notice — and so can you.

5. This is a summary. This page is a plain-language summary of the terms, not a full legal contract. Anything involving real payment or exclusivity will be confirmed with you separately in writing before it applies.
