What we collect

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, delivery address and the items you bought. When you join the waitlist or apply to BEVST Elite we collect the email address and details you enter in that form.

Email sign-ups and your bag

If you enter your email for the 10% code, we store it with the items in your bag at that moment. We email you the code, and if you do not order we send one reminder about your bag. We may also tell you about future drops. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and you can ask us to delete your details at any time.

Analytics

We measure how the site is used with our own cookie-free analytics: pages viewed, which products and buttons are used, the country and device type, and where you came from. It does not identify you and is switched off if your browser sends Do Not Track.

Advertising and the Meta pixel

If you click Accept on our cookie notice, we run the Meta (Facebook and Instagram) pixel. It sets cookies in your browser and tells Meta which pages you view, which products you look at or add to your bag, when you start checkout and the value of a completed order. We use this to measure our ads and to show BEVST to people who may like it. We do not send Meta your name, email address or delivery address. Meta handles that information under its own privacy policy.

The pixel does not run unless you accept, and it never runs if your browser sends Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control. You can change your mind at any time with "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page; choosing "No thanks" switches it off and clears its cookies.

Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe and are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

We use your details to fulfil and deliver your order, send your order confirmation, answer your messages and, if you joined the waitlist, tell you about the next drop. We do not sell your personal information.

Who handles your data

We use Stripe for payments, Resend for sending email, Neon for our order database and Vercel for hosting. These providers process data only to provide those services to us.
