Refund Policy

Faulty or not as described

If a piece arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund under the Australian Consumer Law. Email hello@bevst.com with your order reference and photos of the problem, and we will make it right.

Changed your mind

Because each piece is made in a limited production run, change of mind returns are handled case by case. Email hello@bevst.com as early as you can and tell us what you need. If your order has not gone into production yet, we will do our best to cancel it and refund you.

Sizing

BEVST pieces are cut oversized. If you want a regular fit, size down. Check the fit note on each product before you order.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with. Your bank decides how long it takes to show.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
